These conditions aim to define the mutual obligation of the parties as well as the various in the order process. To put in an order, you have to accept only the next sales conditions.
Filt and 1001filets.fr execute the order after acceptation and confirmation by e-mail to the customer.
Article 01 – Products:
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors have occurred, this in no way incurs the liability of the Company Filt SA

Payment by bank card:
To ensure your payments are secure, we use « e-transaction », the solution developed by “credit agricole” for payment using a bank card.
Article 03- Prices:
The prices indicated are in euros and are include of tax. All orders are invoiced and payable in euros.
The sum must be paid in total and one payment at the time of order.
The applicable VAT is 19.6% for all our products.
The company Filt SA reserves the right to modify its prices at any times, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the current prices at the time the order was recorded, subject to availability.
A fixed amount fpr participation of freight charges will be invoiced in addition.

Average times for preparation and delivery:
Our average delivery times vary from 3 to 8 days. These times are given for information only. No liability is incurred if they should be exceeded.
Delivery times vary according to the chosen method of payment.
-for payment by “bank card”: the date for delivery runs from the order and payment dates
-for payment by “cheque “: the date for delivery runs from the date of receipt or settlement of payment.
Your package will include the invoice. This should correspond to the items prepared and sent.
Your order will be transmitted by the Post or carrier, as Filt prefer.
Our goods travel to the risks and dangers of the buyer.
Articles 05 – Guarantee:
In all events, the customer benefits from the legal covenant for peaceful possession and guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1625 and in compliance with the Civil Code).
On the condition that the buyer can prove the hidden defect, the vendor must legally put right any ensuing consequences (art. 1641 and in compliance with the Civil Code); if the buyer wishes to go the courts, he must do this as soon as possible from discovery of the hidden defect (art. 1648 of the Civil Code).
The guarantee does not cover defects and ensuing consequences due to:
-the intervention of a repairer or seamstress not approved by Filt Sa and 1001filets.fr
-any error in handling or failure to care for the products
-any use not in compliance with the use for which the product is intended.
Article 06- Retraction:
In compliance with the provisions stated in article L121.16 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a clear seven-day period from delivery of the order to return the product to the vendor for exchange or reimbursement. The goods absolutely must be in their original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice. The return costs must be paid by the buyer.
Articles 07 – Disputes:
In the event a product or its payment is contested, the parties agree prior to any court action, that any claim will be the objet of a prior formal notice by post, n the form of a recorded delivery letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Each party may then, following a period of ten (10) days from the correspondence mentioned in the above paragraph, commence useful proceedings, authority being attributed expressly to jurisdiction in the town of CAEN (France).
Articles 08 – legal information:
Supplying companies with personal details collected with the aim of being used for distance selling is compulsory; this information is essential in the processing and delivery of orders, invoicing and emitting contracts of guarantee. Failure to supply this information will result in the order not being confirmed. In compliance with the “Civil liberties and information technology” law, the treatment of personal customer data has been declared at the National Commission for Civil Liberties and information Technology (CNIL). The customer has the right (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978) of access to modification, rectification and removal of personal data; contact the Company FILT SA to exercise this right.

Articles 09 – intellectuel propriety:
All the texts, illustrations and images reproduced on the site 1001filets.fr are reserves under royalties like to the intellectual document of title and whole world. The elements thus protect are the property of the Filt company or third having authorized 1001filets.fr to exploit them. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the code of the property intellectual, alone is authorized the use for private use subject to provisions different even more restrictive from the code of the intellectual property. Any other use is constitutive of counterfeit and sanctioned with the intellectual document of title except precondition of Filt or 1001filets.fr. Any reproduction total or partial of the catalogue of 1001filets.fr is strictly prohibited.
